01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Cill88 ("Cill88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the Cill88 online gaming platform accessible athttps://cill88.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of Cill88 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• Account The unique registered player account created by an individual on the Cill88 Platform, subject to these Terms.
• Balance The total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and/or Bonus Balance as applicable.
• Bonus Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive granted to a Player, subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• KYC Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
• Platform The Cill88 online gaming platform, including the website at https://cill88.cam, all games, payment interfaces, and customer support systems.
• Rollover / Wagering Requirement The total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×15 means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times).
• Real Money Balance Funds deposited by the Player using real-money payment methods (e.g., DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet) that are not subject to bonus wagering conditions.
• MYR /RM Malaysian Ringgit — the primary transaction currency on the Cill88 Platform for Malaysian players.
• Prohibited Conduct Any action listed in Section 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform, including fraud, collusion, and bonus abuse.
• Self-Exclusion A voluntary responsible gambling tool allowing Player to restrict or suspend access to their Account for a defined or indefinite period.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Cill88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 is strictly prohibited. Cill88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. One account per person: You may hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts per individual, household, IP address, or device are not permitted and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
4. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either through Cill88 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme applicable to you.
5. Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
6. Not a Cill88 employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Cill88 personnel are not eligible to hold Player Accounts or claim bonuses.

04 Account Registration & KYC

Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, username, and password, together with accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. Cill88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent document);
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement from the payment account used for deposits — e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or DuitNow account);
• Any additional documentation required for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period, as notified by Cill88, may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal rights, or account closure. Cill88 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals pending KYC completion.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must notify Cill88 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. Cill88 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

05 Deposits & Payments

Cill88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer through major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Standard minimum deposit is RM 30.
• Cill88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which Cill88 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing conversion rate where applicable.
• Cill88 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or transaction at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Cill88 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method; refer to the payments section of your Account dashboard for current limits.
• Published withdrawal processing times are indicative targets for verified accounts under standard operating conditions: e-walets under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; bank wire 15–60 minutes. Cill88 does not guarantee these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
• Any pending active bonuses attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited unless the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Cill88 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, which may result in processing delays.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Cill88 are governed by these general bonus terms, as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply at all times:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., ×15 means the bonus must be wagered 15 times).
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is MYR 300 unless a different limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games 10–20%; sports betting contribution rates are stated per promotion. Certain games may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses must be wagered within the time window specified in the relevant promotion. Typical expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winings will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Cill88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withold associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, use of multiple accounts, or collusion.
• Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus Play: Where stated in individual promotion terms, a maximum cash-out limit applies to winings derived from bonus play. Winings exceeding this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Cill88 Platform — including but not limited to live dealer tables, slots, sports betting markets, poker bingo, and lottery — are governed by the game-specific rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before wagering.

Game outcomes on the Cill88 Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games and by physical random processes for live dealer titles. Cill88 warants that game outcomes are not manipulated and that published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate at the time of publication.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or disconnection during a wagering session, the following principles apply:

• Where a game round was not completed at the time of error, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's Account.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout being displayed or credited, Cill88 reserves the right to correct the payout to the amount that would have been awarded had the error not occurred.
• Cill88 accepts no liability for losses arising from network interruptions, internet service provider failures, or device malfunctions on the Player's end.

For sports betting markets, all bets are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules, including settlement rules for postponed, abandoned, or voided events. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and UFC markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body.

09 Responsible Gambling

Cill88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after specified duration of play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict account access. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

Reductions to deposit or loss limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase existing limits are subject to a mandatory7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Using false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from Cill88;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance wagering designed solely to satisfy rollover requirements;
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to access or operate your Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively impacts other players' experience.

11 Suspension & Termination

Cill88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment instruction from a Player's payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months;
• At the Player's own request.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the resolution of outstanding wagers will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winings are forfeited upon account closure regardless of circumstances.

Inactive Account Balances: Accounts dormant for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of MYR 10, applied until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of inactivity fees.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cill88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or wagers due to technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional material;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security;
• Consequential losses arising from account suspension or termination in accordance with these Terms.

Where Cill88's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, it shall be limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 5,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Cill88 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, text, graphics, logos, interface design, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Cill88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data submitted through the Platform is governed by Cill88's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cill88 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and customer support. Data is not sold to third parties and is shared only with licensed payment, compliance, and technology partners as necessary for the operation of the Platform.

15 Amendments

Cill88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

The date of last amendment is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cill88 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Malaysian players acknowledge and agree that Cill88 is not regulated by any Malaysian domestic authority, and that Malaysian domestic courts do not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this Platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
